Account Manager

East Coast Dynamics is looking for a account manager or sales expert.

Your duties would include:

  • The candidate would be responsible for cold calling, scheduling appointments, generating leads and actively hunting new business.
  • Making effective presentations to customers/clients
  • Strategizing with customers/clients and the internal resource team on potential new business
  • Making recommendations, providing feedback and analysis for improvement and smooth functioning of the overall sales operation.
  • Urgently responds to customers in queue.
  • Provides accurate information to clients about products and services, production capabilities, and order turnaround.
  • Executes production tasks such as processing customer orders in an efficient, accurate manner and paying close attention to detail and instructions, and managing the project while following proper production procedures (set up, quality control, and finishing).
  • Assesses the client’s requirements and make recommendations that add value to the client’s project.
  • Asks the client if there’s an upcoming project we can help them with.
     

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate should have previous experience working within the Print and Design Industry
  • Experience in Digital Printing, Screen Printing, Lithographic Printing, Off Set or Web Based Printing is a huge asset.
  • Great communication & excellent presentation skills
  • Must be able to learn quickly and manage client accounts with minimal supervision

  • Must be proficient with the entire MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements:

  • Have a college diploma in management, marketing or a related discipline
  • Management experience required

  • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under multiple deadlines
  • Have time management skills

Graphic Designer

  • Producing creative and aesthetically pleasing print and web materials based on client consultation/interpretation

Requirements:

  • Experience in print design, web and branding
  • Degree and/or Diploma in related field/specialties
  • Skilled and experienced in programs such as, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Highly skilled knowledge of file and colour formats for print and web
  • Understanding of Mac and PC platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
